“Nicely done!”

I like the simplicity of the site. Also letting customers know there is "free shipping" on certain items. What I like the most is the "inspiration & advice" option which allows you to ask an expert any questions you may have about a particular item. “needs work”

I don't like how parts are mixed in with normal merchandice, and when you use the parts site you can't get the actual stock number for their replacement parts you only get part numbers which makes it almost impossible to get the part you need with out a credit card.

“They have everything I need when I need it.”

I have bought all my Maytag appliances from Sears. Their Outlet stores are super. My husband will only buy his shirts and pants from Sears. Very user friendly store, and helpful employees.
