“Sears store pick-up service fails customers”
I did not purchase the water filter. I have been billed for it, and now am being asked to write a review. Two e-mails to customer service requesting help have gone un-answered.
October 20: Ordered filters on-line for store pick-up at 8 am. Received notification they were ready for pick-up at 11 am. Received phone call that item was not in stock, and could not be picked up from Sears Arden, at 7 pm. Ordered the filters elsewhere.
Week later: Received notice from Sears a week later that the filters were ready for pick-up, and order would be cancelled if not picked up in 12 days - I did not pick them up.
November 2: Received charge for filters on my credit card - e-mailed customer service,, again no response to date.
Today received a request to review my purchase! Maybe this review will get a response from Sears.
