I bought my first set of Craftsman Tools when I was 13 years old, I am now 61 and still have those tools along with many more, 3 full tool chest to be exact.
There is only one problem I have, and that is at the Richardson Square Mall Store in Richardson, Texas where I do most of my shoppins, they rarely have a full complement of tools on hand, and the tools are Mixed Up and Hard to Find, most of the time I must Purchase tools by Special Order, which takes time...it didn't use to be that way, I can remember a past time when every SEARS had the tool YOU NEEDED ON HAND and Easy to FIND in It's Place on the Shelf, with Sales people who Knew What they wee selling, and could be understood when you spoke to them, there are too many people working for SEARS today in Positions that they are not familar with, and cannot communicate in English.
