Sears has such great sales on clothes this time of year. I had ordered a shirt for my son online from Land's End, and it was too small, so I was able to return it Sears (so easy!). While there I found a great deal on dress shirts for my husband. I can always find good quality sneakers for my son there,... review »

The clerk knew nothing about women's undershirts:  did not ask what they were or looked like, whether Sears carried them (and they do), didn't even volunteer to walk with me to check it out.

Needed an air conditioner as my whole house air conditioner died and wasn't able to get a loan for a new one so I went to Sears (on the recommendation of a friend and looked around and purchased a window air conditioner. The Salesman was helpful and got me processed quickly as my disabled son was acting up some.
