I had a good experience recently with a mailer coming home to remind me to replace my water filter in my refigerator that was purchased at Sears. The mailer gave three options, phone, internet or store. It also included the model number of the filter that I needed. When I arrived at the store with the mailer, I was able to select the proper filter immediately. The sales person was friendly and helpful, offering a rebate form for the filter that I was unaware that was available.
Just purchased a power washer. Had a couple of small problems with a nozzle and a soap bottle holder. Called Sears and they mailed me the replacement parts right away with NO hassle. This is why I chose Sears to purchase this piece of equipment.
