to communicate CLEARLY what best price on tag means to customers

Sale signs should match what is on the tag, if a price ends in $.98 or best price (term correct?) how is the customer supposed to know the rule.  The store manager there was NOT courteous and should recognize the valid arguement of not knowing Sears policy of signage vs. tagged items.

Love the store...

This store is always clean and the saleperson are always nice and helpful. In all my years shopping at Sears, have never had any problems. Value of clothes and items bought from Sears are good.
