Money was deducted Friday night for the egiftcard I bought for my grandchildren,,,no egift card as of Monday night,,you called and verified all my information today and said in 10 minutes,,,12 hours later no egiftcard,,,will never buy from sears again. I run a catalog call center and we have to hold on orders at times,,but this is unacceptable.
Your chat doesn't have any idea what they are doing, customer service is nice but could not help. Don't take my money and not send the card!!
