Sears Jewelry Department —
I was very impressed with the Jewelry Repair salesperson at Sears (Troy, MI), Krishan, who wrote up the order to repair my double strand pearl necklace. She asked me questions and carefully inspected the necklace to understand what was required. Then she measured the necklace and counted the pearls to accurately record it on the order. I should have thought of that myself, but I didn't. So I appreciate that she has been well trained and she paid such close attention to the details.
The price was very reasonable and I also had a coupon which made it even better!
I am looking forward to being able to wear my necklace again for the first time in years. I only wish I had taken it to Sears long ago.
