I have been out of work for a year and just recently got married. When shopping for a wedding band, I visited many jewelry stores and could not afford the ring I wanted. I visited Sears one day as I was walking around a mall just to see if they would have wedding bands and found just the ring I wanted at 30% less than the jewelry stores and the quality is second to none. I am very happy, my wife now tells people that I have a Craftsman wedding band!
I really came across Sears' jewelry department by accident. They have both higher end and quality costume jewelry. What surprised me was that there were so many styles and makers to choose from--Trifari, Monet, and many others! Most of these had a variety of coordinating pieces--earrings, bracelets, necklaces, etc. As always what really impressed me was how affordable everything was and what great customer service I got in the jewelry department, overall. All this will keep me coming back!

Just bought some stainless hoops & necklace, and I love it! Very minimal, modern, & cool. Like Titanium jewelry but cheaper! Titanium jewelry would be fun to see too. The prices were great & the sales clerk very helpful.

I like the quality that of jewelry that Sears carries and I like the variety of jewelry to choose from. Plus, it is always priced well.
The fine jewelry from K-mart has quite a beautiful collection. And for an excellent price. In the past year, I visited the store and found the red large sale's tag on the counter. It could be seen from far away. It lures customers in and the jewelry in the glass case keeps you there. The price0 discounts were so excellent, I was able to afford a beautiful ring. It's one of my finest pieces in my jewelry collection. Thanks K-Mart.
I was very impressed with the Jewelry Repair salesperson at Sears (Troy, MI), Krishan, who wrote up the order to repair my double strand pearl necklace. She asked me questions and carefully inspected the necklace to understand what was required. Then she measured the necklace and counted the pearls to accurately record it on the order. I should have thought of that myself, but I didn't. So I appreciate that she has been well trained and she paid such close attention to the details.
The price was very reasonable and I also had a coupon which made it even better!
