The lady that took my family's session was excellent, i never had such good hospitality, and friendliness of the sears portrait studio in Brookdale mall!! I forgot to get the lady's name though...But overall she made me and my family comfortable and i honestly have to say, that's all that matters!!

Let me give a little background for my latest experience. My husband and I have always had our pictures taken at Sears, then we moved to Ohio. My son was born last year and we went to the Sears portrait studio in the Fairfield Commons Mall in Beavercreek, OH when he was 2 weeks old. We had family and individual pictures taken. We were extremely unsatisfied with the quality of the pictures, but we bought some anyway because they were his first pictures. The photographer didn't fix posture, didn't have any ideas for what to do, and wouldn't take diaper shots of our son. We complained... review »

SEARS Portrait studo, has the best photo packages for the money

SEARS Portrait studio, will be the only place we order more photos. They took there time and made the most beautiful photos we could hope for. We took pro pictures with several other companies and were very disapointed Plus sears gave us a release so that my daughter can send her photo for beauty contests. The photos are so good, I am sure that she will win something now. THANKS SO MUCH

I recently went to Sears Portrait Studio in Lima, OH. I had a terrible experience between the 45 minute wait past our appointment time and the only girl working not knowing what she was doing, I thought I was going to blow a gasket. She only took maybe 30 pictures. I wanted a nice family picture and a picture of my husband and I, and then pictures of my 2 children. She took maybe 4 family pictures and 2 of my husband and I together b/c she had no clue what to do? I had to keep suggesting backgrounds and poses? I thought that is what they were trained to do? Then to top it off it was close to closing...

Portrait studio at Tyrone Mall in St. Pete - Mitzy is the best!

We left a private photographer when our daughter was 9 months old to give Sears a try. (The shoots with the private photographer were exhausting with a little one, expensive, and we were always left with too many photos to sort through.) We lucked out big time and got Mitzy as our Sears photographer. She was very creative, super fast, great with our daughter and every photo she took was perfect. Four years later and we still go to Mitzy, even though we've moved out of town and it takes an hour to get that that Sears. We've done large family photos with her, too, and she is GREAT! I'd highly recommend...

I recently took my grandson to the Sears Portrait Studio in Charleston West Virginia. This was our second set of portraits at this studio. I was hoping that the first time was just a bad day for the employess or maybe they had just had alot of walk-ins. We had appointments both times. Both times we had to wait almost two hours before getting his pictures taken. The first visit there were two employees and the second time there was only one.
I love the quality of the pictures. They always turn out great. The prices are very reasonable and they have alot of choices as far as packages and other items... review »

My daughter turned 2 this month and I wanted to get photos to remember this day. I didn't have much cash to spend for professional photos so I found a coupon in my most recent issue of Parents magazine for Sears. I knew that the nearest Sears was at the mall and it's about 45 minutes from my home,so i really didn't want to travel that far but I couldn't pass up 36 photos for $4.99!!! Anyways ,we made the trip and I'm glad I did because I got some great photos of my little girl and at a price that can't be beat, and the service I received was awesome.Sorry picture me studio ,but Sears has you bested... review »

The photographer, Tamra, at Sears Westgate Portrait Studio is amazing! I've taken my daughters to Sears for their birthday and holiday pictures since they were born (my oldest got her birthday picture today - she turned 21). Tamra's been taking their pictures for the past few years and knows them almost as well as I do! She knows the poses I like - she knows I have a "photo-wall" with the big 10x13's on it - she knows the girls' likes and dislikes - she brings out the best in them and captures it on film for me to enjoy for a lifetime! I have used various Sears Portraits over the years and went to a new one because it was closer to my house. I tried it twice because the first time I went I thought it was bad but if I get someone else it has to be better. No it was worse. When I called to complain to the manager they told me he doesn't except calls!! Since I had used Sears for so long (I had just moved to another state so I had to start using a different one) I wanted to give it one last try so I traveled to the one that was 25 mins away and was so happy. I had my son's portraits taken at Sears in Hicksville, NY. I chose a package based on advice and answers to my questions from the photographer. When I picked up the portraits, a different person was working. As I reviewed the photos, I said there is a mistake- I am missing this one, and I pointed to my order form, with the photos shown that I ordered, She told me that the photographer made a mistake and I could still order the photo for an extra $20.She said he should not have told me that photo would be included with my coupon for a free portrait. I have been to sears to get my sons pictures taken. They always turned out good and they were great at taking them. This last time I went was terrible. The girls were not very good at all. Me and my mother had to get my son to laugh and smile. They didnt do any of it. They also said they he was being bad. He just didnt want to stand still for that long. I just dont think that he liked them. He never acts like that. But the pictures turned out okay. They werent as good as the rest of them. I may go to a different studio next time. I always use the Sears portrait studio. They're usually pretty quick, I can always get an appointment and the prices are reasonable. The smile saver plus program is such a great deal. It's so much less expensive to the the buy one, get one free than to get a package. The only thing that bothered me last time was that my photographer seemed irritated that I was only spending $25. It was so cheap, I got what I needed for that price. I didn't want the cd because there was only one picture that came out good and she seemed annoyed at that. I guess they're used to selling the cd's a lot.... review »
