We've gone at least once or twice per year and ALWAYS had a good experience at the Concord, NH studio. We've always been taken care of by Colleen, the manager and she's WONDERFUL...

This was our first time coming here to have our pictures made, and it was a great experience. The photographer was wonderful in her help to get our little girl to actually sit to have her picture made, she got some great smiles from her. We loved all the poses she came up with, and she was a very patient and great help when it came time to select which poses we wanted printed. We can't wait to go back and have more made in the future and we would definitely spread the word with our family and friends to go here!
We were just a Sears Portrait Studio, my daughter and my husband dress up for Halloween as Abby Caddabby and Elmo....I have to say that the portrait team there won me back as a customer!! My last experience in Quincy, Illinois at the Sears Portrait Studio was almost enough to make me go to your competition....They were rude, we were there to take a four generation picture and it took four hours....I almost didn't come back to a Sears to have anymore pictures period....The pictures that we did actually buy were below par quality for Sears...It just was an overall BAD experience....

read full review »I scheduled my appointment on line the same day as the appointment. I was pleased to be greeted before I even made it all the way into the studio. The paperwork was all ready for me to complete and the photographer was very good with my 7 month old son who was cranky and had just had shots that day. Pictures turned out GREAT!!!! We got a great deal on the pictures as well.
I've been going there for almost 8 years with my entire family and would recommend them to anyone. There prices are good, they always let me use more then one coupon, and they always turn out fantastic! Thank you Sears Portrait studio.
i used the sears portrait studio and was very satisfied . they gave me a wonderful experiance and some beautiful pictures of my child.
Bought a portrait package shortly after my daughter was born in January 2011at Military Circle Mall. Such unique and beautiful poses that I would have never thought of on my own. The photographer (same one) was so sweet and playful with my daughter during our most recent visit November 26, 2011. We were able to get some amazing shots of her. If she is not the manager of this store, she should be!!!
