Sears Protection Agreements —
I paid $370 plus 7% sales tax for a 3 year Repair Protection Agreement on a Garden Tractor. The only information I received was a generic pamphlet that attempted to cover the whole Sears world. It's description barely applies to a Garden Tractor. e.g. It says there are "Preventive maintenance checks". The salesman also said the same thing. However, I have learned this statement doesn't apply to a Garden Tractor.
For the amount of money I paid $395.90 there should be a definitive description of coverage for a Garden Tractor.
