“FAST - EFFICIENT - THERE FOR ME!!”
My Kenmore Dryer blew a fuse after 5 months of owning it - naturally, it was full of clothes that are now growing mold!! It was of course, a Sunday evening at 7p.m. - I called Sear Customer Service in a panic, not knowing if they were there or if the dryer was still under warranty - imagine my surprise when I found out not only did a human answer but the warranty is in tact and they could come out in 3 days to fix it!! I am extremely impressed and very pleased that I had chosen Sears to purchase my dryer at... Thank you and Thanks for being so customer friendly.
