“Great service”
I had a refrigerator that needed service and it was almost out of warranty. I have heard many horror stories about having something that needs service and not getting the service needed/ not getting service before the warranty is up/ having a lemon, etc. But this was not the case with me. The service man arrived on time and looked at my refrigerator. He figured out the problem in about 5 minutes and was on the way to having it fixed, until.... the part he needed to fix it was broken! BUT within an hour he met another service man with the part he needed, brought it back to my house and fixed my fridge! I couldn't believe how fast and professional the service I received was. I wasn't even upset anymore that my fridge broke in the first place! Sears has great service!
