“The pay online-pick up in store service is useless!”
So I ordered a vacuum cleaner online that the store in my area DOES have in stock. I placed my order at 10:30 am and had to call customer service at 7 pm because my purchase order and profile information didn't work and I had not recieved an email confirmation of my order. I then get an email that says my order had been recieved after hours and would be processed first thing the next business day and that I would recieve a "ready to pick up order" email later the next day as well. It is now almost 2:15 on the next business day and I have not heard a word about my order. I should have just gone to the store, but I wanted to try a new service since I was already on the website doing a little research before deciding. Word to the wise, find what you want online and then go to the store it it's in stock and just buy it there. The way that should be easier obviously doesn't work!
