BEWARE with deliveries!!!  We had a tread mill delivered to our home and installed in our bedroom.  Being a good host my husband offered the delivery men a drink....BIG MISTAKE!!!!!!  Two months later as i was looking to pack up some jewelery fro a vaction i noticed a large portion of my jewelery missing.  I searched everywhere and could not find it.  NO ONE else was in our bedromm, however we can not prove it.  We filed a police report but not sure what can be done since we have no solid proof.  The only proof we had is no other strangers have visited our home and our master suite in on...

Sears provides quality services specially when it comes to in-home repair. Technicians are well-trained and well-equiped to do the job. Im part of Repair Customer Care department and i handle calls for home services.  I usually recieved calls for commendations for the job well-done by our technicians and sometimes complains (nothing/no one is perfect). So better have sears fixed your broken appliances and you will never regret it. It will start from the representatives over the phone to the technicians who will go to your house.

Unfortunately my washer broke down and we had to call Sears to get someone in to repair it.  Have to say, the gentleman showed up on time, had the part to repair it in his truck, fixed it in about 10 minutes and was on his way.  Washer works great now.  If only everything could be this easy!

So I ordered a vacuum cleaner online that the store in my area DOES have in stock.  I placed my order at 10:30 am and had to call customer service at 7 pm because my purchase order and profile information didn't work and I had not recieved an email confirmation of my order.  I then get an email that says my order had been recieved after hours and would be processed first thing the next business day and that I would recieve a "ready to pick up order" email later the next day as well.  It is now almost 2:15 on the next business day and I have not heard a word about my order.  I should have just...

I have bought a few items recently online and my experience with shipping, sales, store pick up etc. is excellent.  The downside to ordering online and "viewing" online is that your website is so SLOW!  It's not my internet connection because we have cable....it is excruciating to wait for each page to load and I'm sure you are losing some customers who don't want to wait.  Luckily I have tons of patience.  I've been very pleased with every item I've purchased so far.

Sears service has become an oxymoron!  Their "window'" is 8-5!! And after taking the day off and waiting until 1:55 I get a call that they aren't coming today and I have to reschedule and take another day off!!!!  Tehy are quick to sell you an extended warrantee but what good does it do if you can't get service!!!

I've received appliance service from Sears several times and have been very satisfied with the competence and professionalism. Whenver I've used someone else, I've often been disappointed. Go with Sears.

This Sears store in Woodbridge store has worst pick up service I have seen ever. I spent more than one hour to pick up my order. I ordered total four garden/ outdoor item. When I scan my order computer stop after 3 minutes stating merchandise are being ready for pick up. After 15 minutes nothing happen, I try to approach associate and he said I am helping other customer. Sorry for delay. I was trying to reach him every 15 minutes, after 55 minute he came with total 3 items out of 4 and said we don't have fourth item. Whateve he brought 3 items one item was wrong even. I lkie going to Sears,Hilo to shop.  They often have great deals and their merchandise is high quality.
