The young lady that I had a question for, was just so helpful. She had several different
areas to search to get me the right product. She was the best.

This feedback survey was the best I have ever completed. The ease of use and the questions asked were concise and clear to answer. The sales staff directed me here when I made my purchases and that was terrific as you don't always get this pointed out. So Kudo's to Sears and their wonderful staff!
