Sears - West Dundee, IL —

This isn't the closest Sears to my home, but I went there because I was in the area at the time. I needed some assistance in the appliances section and a friendly associate was there to help me. I liked the idea of having computer kiosks in the store to research items, but the one I used seemed very slow and disfunctional, other than that it was a good experience.
