Sears brake service —
I had a great experience at the Sears Auto Center. I came in with my wifes car that was squeeking and grinding alot when braking also the rotors had some grooving starting. I had just done the brakes myself a few months ago and had the rotors resurfaced at this sears when I did them. Time was not an issue for me I just wanted brakes that stoped well and didn't squeek. Sears inspected my wifes car and found that I had installed one rear pad upside down and one of the other rear pads wasn't contacting the rotor fully. They also noted the grooving in the rotors and when I explained that I had recently had them resurfaced at this store they credited the money I paid when I had carried them in the first time and applied it to the brake service charge this time. Sears also reccomended I upgrade my pads from the off brand pads to Wagner Ceremaic, and even explaiend to me that my off brand pads can be returend to the parts store I got them from, so I didn't even lose my money I spent on the old pads. In the end I left that day with a quite and quick stopping car thanks to the great Tech's at this shop. I am very happy with their service and will continue to bring my cars to this Sears Auto Center.
