Sears.com —
This new Sears.com is horrible. It's slow and when you search for an item number you never seem to get the item you want but 30 other products in the store. I use to work for Sears and having to browse the site to help customers was a nightmare. Also when you try and print out product info for the customer you'll get like 10 pages of useless **** instead of just the product info and specs like you use to get before. It's been said before and I'll say it here IF IT'S NOT BROKEN DONT FIX IT!!!!! Why do companies think making some snazzy new website will generate business? It's not gonna help if customers cant find the items they want!!
