“SEARS.COM....HORRIBLE!!!”
I am sooooo disappointed with Sears and Sears.com. I ordered a TV on.com on 12-16-09 and was to have it delivered on 12-19-09. As of 12-22 still no TV and no help. I have been on hold with EVERY **** department for now 70:03 minutes! What a joke. Nice customer service in a time when stores are hurting for business. I decided on SEARS because of the good that they do with Home Makeover and our service people....BUT NEVER again. I could have flown to Japan and got the TV and brought it back quicker!! Last tiome I do business with Sears.
