I ordered items from Sears.com. In reading the return policies, I thought I would be able to return these items (if I was unsatisfied) to ANY SEARS STORE.
Turns out all of the items on Sears.com aren't sold by sears. Some of the items are sold by "third party vendors"
After spending 1.5 hours in a retail store, umpteen hours on the phone trying to figure out how to get my money back, and now the cost of returning the items to this "third party vendor", I am still waiting to get my money back.
I won't buy ANYTHING from Sears.com EVER AGAIN.
