Sears.com —
Sears.com wants to satisfy customers- it is clearly evidenrt from the moment that you pull up the site. Sears.com tries to make the consumer shopping experience less difficult by showing the customer where they can find items that we do not carry. However, this only makes the customer more confused.
Because as we know, the average American does not read the tiny print under the item's name. All they see is that the product popped upon our website, and they assume that we carry it. Mostly, it is the customer's fault for not taking the time to read the fine print. However, Sears.com would be easier to use if the website just pulled up what Sears carries, and not everyone else.
