“Quality merchandise....terrible online site!”
I've always loved shopping at Sears. However, I find myself getting very frustrated using their online shopping site. Downloading items seems to take longer and longer [even with a new computer!], to the point that I find myself going to other online stores to find similar items.
I'll always swear by Sears quality and selection, but I wish they'd go back to the way their online site was two years ago. Why did they [Sears] feel they had to fix something that wasn't broken?
