Sears.com — 

I've always loved shopping at Sears. However, I find myself getting very frustrated using their online shopping site. Downloading items seems to take longer and longer [even with a new computer!], to the point that I find myself going to other online stores to find similar items.

I'll always swear by Sears quality and selection, but I wish they'd go back to the way their online site was two years ago. Why did they [Sears] feel they had to fix something that wasn't broken?

rangerover, if you go to Sears Canada, or the Sears outlet site, you fly right through it. Why Sears can't set up Sears.com similar to the two I've mentioned is a mystery. It's gotten to the point where I dread having to use it!

THANK YOU!!!!! finally someone who sees the flaws in the new website!! I also wrote a review about how horrible the new site is and why did they feel the need to change something that isnt broken.
