Sears.com —
This web site is always very slow and gets hung up often. I was shopping for a particular item and found it here but when the web site was showing so much trouble, I opened another browser and tried another site while sears.com was still clocking. In the time it took sears.com to go from the main page to the item and to the description screen, I had already found the product on HSN.com, reviewed it and ordered it. Sorry Sears, but the web site just cost you my $150 purchase. Now imagine myself times the thousands of customers you have shopping online everyday. This loss will definitely catch up with you. I suggest you fix the web site issues quickly.
