Consumer Rep SUPVR NEEDS training, online order service is terrible, customer service is really bad

Sears.com — 

need to retrain all call center reps to actually try and help customers the first time or just completely disable the "call me" feature on Sears.com....it just makes customers mad from the looks of it by the terrible treatment
