Holiday decorating - when do you start?

My neighbor next door just put up her Christmas decorations which she said is her tradition to do the morning after Thanksgiving. That got me thinking as others much have a seasonal decorating tradition. What's your tradition?

Tree's out year round.

Lights are going out - soon.

As soon as a make the wings for it, the Pink Pig's go'n on the roof!
