I am purchasing struts for my car and want someone else to install them. Does Sears provide this service?

You'll need to call or visit your local Sears Auto Center for such a quote.

I went to my local sears 1 month ago (June 2009) to get my tires checked because of a loud roar coming from them after they did my rotation and oil change at its regular interval.  They then stated to me that I had a bad right front strut but they had no idea why I had cupping and inner wear on my front tires (that had just been rotated from the back and where the cause of the roar).  They had no idea what could have caused the cupping and wear on the back tires because the everything looked good.  They then informed me that I needed to replace both of my front struts and there was nothing they could do about the cupping on the tires except live with the noise or replace them with another pair at full price (no discount given  [My car is a 2006 Mazda 3 with now a total of 36,500 miles on it of which 85% are from  speeds below 55 mph and it has never been hot rodded.  I have 11 thousand miles on these newer tires.  I purchased them in February of 2009 from this Sears and had them aligned at the time of purchase.  5 1/2 months later ( 5000 miles) I had them rotated/balanced again and the alignment checked (before the time was up in case there was something wrong).  Everything was fine.  When I bought these tires, they talked me into buying the perfomance balance/rotation and road hazard]  I told them ok order what they needed to and lets get the car fixed.  A couple days later I brought the car in to have the struts replaced and alignment redone yet again.  The next day while driving I noticed a sound coming from where my right left was and brought it back to them to look at it.  The service technician then told me that the new struts were just stiff and they just needed to be tightened.  He then tightened them and one of the people working there came up to me to tell me that when they replaced my front struts they couldn't find new mounts so they didn't replace them and that is what is probably causing the sound. Also that I should bring it to a dealer (100 miles away) and get them to replace the mounts and get it realigned yet again (more money out of my pocket).  Why did they do the work on my car knowing that it couldn't be done right to begin with(the mounts should have been replaced - their words)?  Also the sound has now gotten horrible (since the tightening and I am trying to find a way to get to the dealer and let them look at it)  I would like to know why this happened so that no one else gets taken for money. (I've spent over $1500 on my car at sears since the initial tire install)

Sorry, I meant to say June 2010 in the first sentence.
