Guaranteed shipping by Dec 24th. NOT!

I placed an order for 6 items on December 16th. All of the items were guaranteed delivery by December 24th. I got the email that one item had shipped on Dec 17th, which I received. I got an email on Dec 18th that 2 other items had shipped (frmo Kmart). I received those items too. I got a second email on Dec 18th that the other 3 items had shipped. I have not received the final 3 items and tracking shows that delivery is ON TIME and scheduled for DECEMBER 29th.

I have never ordered from Sears online before yet I do almost all of my shopping online, not just holiday shopping. If this is how Sears "guarantees" delivery then I won't be shopping there again. Thanks to Sears, my 2 grandsons didn't get 3 of the things I got for them. I would NOT have ordered anything online a week before Christmas if it wasn't for the "GUARANTEED" delivery.

And what do I get for not getting my guaranteed delivery? Since I didn't do a screen print or other capture of it, and now it's all gone from the website, I couldn't answer that question either.

Inappropriate?

I am still waiting for an item that I ordered on 12/07. I have contacted customer service multiple times and keep getting the run around. I will never shop Sears or Sears on-line again after such poor customer service!
