LockedWonderful help

I needed to buy my husband a pair of shoes and they didn't have the size I needed. Well, a very nice salesperson came up to me and she told me that she could order them for me through the internet and have no shipping fee. I was excited to hear that. I am getting these shoes for my husband for Christmas and I was really hoping to find him a pair. The salesperson was very nice and friendly and I had a good experience shopping at the Sears store in the Mercer Mall. I am proud to say I will definately shop there again, due the welcome feeling I received while shopping there.

Oh awesome! more people should share their positive stories of Sears; if I had to guess most of the time people's experiences are positive. I'll share some of my own sometime.

That's great to hear!  I'm so glad the store employees are utilizing the site to help customers find what they want.  So often the lack of a size in store can turn a customer away...I know it does for me.  A helpful sales associate can make all the difference in my day!

I have to stick my nose in here. I have the mother of all Shoe Stories.

A friend of mine and my daughter were with me when I walked without metal braces on my legs, for the first time. We were in Bentonville, Ark. and we drove all over looking for a KMart. I hobbled in and the associates too wonderful care of me. I wear ONLY KMart shoes, and shop primarily at Sears and KMart.

Let me correct myself:

It was the first time I walked without braces since I got issued them for military injuries.
