My oven of 30 years was fading fast and had to find a replacement, where do I start? Technology has changed with so many options! Almost didn't go with combination convection oven but glad now that I did. Really does make a difference in cooking and this oven is VERY user friendly in convection options. Love the large interior space of this oven and being able to place 3 cookie sheets in at the same time! The convection roast made the best roast chicken I have ever made. One of the reasons I bought this oven is because of the knobs instead of all push button. This oven is sooooo easy...
