Discovered a crack that has now traveled through 2 burners. Can it be fixed or repaired?

You bet!

Needs a new glass top.

This is not really a DIY job either.

The old glass has to be carefully removed, with each and every burner released from the bottom of the old glass.

The new sheet of glass requires all the burners be carefully replaced where they once were.

If you ARE going to attempt this, without a service call, I highly recommend taking a few digital pictures to aid in returning all the original equipment back to the correct place underneath the new glass.
