I would definitely recommend this product if your baby has a sensitive digestive tract or is having a bout of diarrhea and the regular formula is irritating him. My baby was having diarrhea and we called our pediatrician and she recommended this. After a couple of days on Isomil, he was back to his usual routine (consistency et. al). The bad side of this was the price but there are $5 coupons out there. Combine that with a sale price and a store coupon it comes out the same as the generic store brand.
I can honestly say, Similac Advanced Soy works wonders. I'm a mom of one beautiful, healthy 8 month old girl. But 7 months ago, I won't be able to say that. My daughter was a preemie and she wouldn't latch on so I pumped for 3 1/2 months until I wasn't able to do it anymore. I consulted with my doctor about which formula is best. We tried several different kinds of formula, even ones designed specifically for preemies. Needless to say, the day we found this, I was so happy. My daughter was able to keep her food down, and have regular bowel movements.

My daughter could not keep her formula down for more than an 15 minutes. After trying several other brands, this is the ONLY product that helped helped her- and me! :-)
i find this was much easier for my children to digust and you can make as much or as little as you need with out having to waste or have it go bad on you i have recommended this formula for my new grandson i recommended similac advance powder to most of my newly mothers and friends i stand by this product i have used it for 28 years
For my "lilman" he had to be changed over to this from the similac advance with iron due to being constipated alot and spitting up alot. Due to be soy it has help him alot.
