Premium mower, economical price

Snapper 675 Series 190cc 21" Briggs & Stratton 3-In-1 Rear Bag Rear Wheel Drive Lawn Mower —

My better half purchased this mower for my birthday after the drive on my Toro of many years failed and was, in my estimation, too expensive to repair. After unboxing the mower, adjusting the handles, and adding oil and fuel, the mower started on the first pull (as it did on each subsequent occasion while mowing the yard). Although I originally wanted a manual push, rather than a self-propelled mower, I found this mower to be relatively light and easy to push even without the self-propelled feature engaged. The first time I mowed the yard, it was apparent the mower actually suctions the grass toward the cutting blade for an even cut and vacuums the yard as it is being cut (I elected to utilize the mower as a "bagger"). The drive system is intuitive and easy to engage/disengage and on higher settings, makes short order of mowing the lawn. The bag is of sufficient size, cutting down on the number of times it requires emptying, but was intially a challenge to re-attach the bag to the mower after emptying. After several times though, the bag became easier to re-attach. This mower appears to be constructive of durable materials and good workmanship and if reliable and durable, will prove to be an excellent value.
