Snapper 675 Series 190cc 21" Briggs & Stratton 3-In-1 Rear Bag Rear Wheel Drive Lawn Mower —
I couldn't decide between the Husky, Craftsman, and, Snapper mowers. The reviews on this one seemed to be higher than the rest. I am glad I got this one. It seems where other mowers have plastic parts this one has metal. I guess that is why this model weighs over 100 pounds where as other comparable mowers weigh only 80. I have a snapper riding mower that was made in 1984 that I bought a few years ago. It still could run if it were practical for my small yard. Snapper makes a very solid product. The new mower cranked on the first pull and assembly was very easy. I cleaned underneath after my first mow and found the underside of the mower to be very well engineered. There are metal shrouds protecting the belt driven drive system and all of the unpainted metal is made of a very high quality metal that will not rust. The lever height adjustment is easy and 10 times faster having to adjust each wheel. I have had Craftsman mowers in the past which were all OK. But this mower seems to be even better. It could be the last mower I buy before retirement if it last as long as my Snapper riding mower has. The only complaint I have is the cheap looking hubcaps. I would have left them off if it had not been preassembled.
