Installed the lighht according to instructions. Noted that it was made in China which was my first clue that I was in trouble. Plugged it into the alternator fired up the machine and had light for 3 seconds before the bulb blew. No instructions on how to replace it either. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK!

CJR215's review was on point.  Ditto here.  Followed the instructions to the 't' with the same results.   Guess I should have been in the light bulb buiness.  It's time to see how cusotmer service works with finding a new bulb.

I bought one of these light kits yesterday and went to install it this morning on a 26" 2-stage 208cc Crafstman snowblower.  The clamp with the welded in nut apparently had screwed up threads causing the bolt to lock up and twist off the welded on nut.  So, I drive back to Sears and exchanged the first junk light for another light.  I get it home, test fit the clamp bolt (fits this time) and completely install the light.  I fire up the engine and the light works for less then 5 seconds then goes out.  I could see the broken filament vibrating in the bulb with the snowblower running.  I took...
