Poor Quality on Parts

First time I used this blower the pin that holds the auger in place broke. I have no charts to find replacement pin. Was later warned by others of pin breakage. Overall the blower works like a charm but am displeased with the pin breakage.

I recently purchased The Snow Joe and was very satisfied with its performance. It has lived up to the company specs about this tool. It worked well on the last snow here in Northeastern Ohio. This is a lightweight, durable tool that can really shovel the snow in small spaces.
