Solia 1.25" Ceramic Tourmaline Flat Iron — 

I bought the Solia Flat iron in 2002 and I still works unbelievably!! I have extremely thick, curly and frizzy hair. The temp gets up to 450 degrees so it really makes my hair shiny and soft. Most flat iron seems to die or break within a year or two. I can't believe mine still works! Also, the price is very reasonable!
