After photographing and video taping weddings and events for 17yrs and making that tough transition from film to didital, trust me when I say I have used them all. I traded my 2 1/4" film for a Nikon D!X several years ago but at home I needed something that the wife and kids can use too. I searched around and the Sony Alpha system stuck my intrest so hard I bought one. I bought mine with the 18X70 and the 75X300 zoom lenses and let me tell you, this camera runs circles around my other cameras costing thousands more. I love the ability to use 2 types of memory, its easy to use, I would recomend it to anyone who wants any kind of DSLR and my whole family can use this, even my 6yr old.
