This is my first digital camera. I was told the Sony Cybershot 8.1 was coming out soon so I waited until it hit the market. Since it is my first digital I'm having some trouble figuring out some of the options. Otherwise it is a great camera and the timed setting is a great option. I also love the fact that when set right there isn't a delay when pushing the shutter button. One disappointment would be the remote control. You do have to stay pretty close to the camera to get the remote to work.
