This is my first digital camera. I was told the Sony Cybershot 8.1 was coming out soon so I waited until it hit the market. Since it is my first digital I'm having some trouble figuring out some of the options. Otherwise it is a great camera and the timed setting is a great option. I also love the fact that when set right there isn't a delay when pushing the shutter button. One disappointment would be the remote control. You do have to stay pretty close to the camera to get the remote to work.

“SonyCyber-shot DSC-H7 is a-one”

This is the finest digital camera I have ever owned, and I've owned a few. The ease of use and quality of photos is wonderful. My indoor shots that always turned out with an orange hue without flash or overexposed with a flash are now beautiful! I was dubious when I did some indoor shots and the flash did not go off, but the photos turned out great. I missed some good shots with my old cameras while waiting for them to save the previous shots, but with the burst setting on this camera you can just hold the button down and shoot. Fantastic! “Sony Cybershot 8.1”

The Sony Cybershot 8.1 is awesome. It is easy to use and by adjusting the settings you can avoid the delays that are so annoying with most digital cameras. We have been very happy with Sony products particularly with this one!!

“Sony DSC-H7”

I was in the market for a long zoom camera with advanced features. The most important features were fast shutter speeds and image stabilization. This camera has been very pleasing to date. A definite upgrade to my Canon A75.
