I love how compact this little camera is. Very easy to use and the picture and sound quality are great! I haven't tried it out as a camera, but I think it is great to have that compatibility. This truly is a great camcorder! Highly recommend for the price!
This is a nice camcorder, but somewhat complicated overall. The manual helps a little, but needs more specific detailed information. I guess I'm just used to the old fashioned camcorders that use tapes instead of disks where you can record, remove from camcorder then play immediately in another player. I don't understand why there is a finalization process. I'm also not sure how to edit videos with this, it'll probably take a lot of practice and patience. If you are an electronics wizard this would probably be perfect. The battery lasts a little while before having to recharge. This camcorder is...

GREAT VALUE FOR THE PRICE, NOT THE MOST EXPENSIVE,BUT EXCELLENT QUALITY.
We just purchased this camera for a Trip to Disney. We had read many reviews and spoke with the salesman in detail about the item.
Yet were very disappointed. The lens always has to be manually opened, it takes a long time to boot up, and always reads that you should use a sony disc, making it even a longer time to boot up. It does not seem to be able to stay focused. The color was grey and

This was a replacement for a much larger JVC camcorder. This one is so much easier to use, lighter to carry, and I love that all I have to do to watch what I've taped is to take the DVD out and put it in my DVD player...nothing special to do as with my old one. It's very easy to use although I still have a lot to learn, I pretty much just took it out of the box and started taping! The only feature I don't really like is the touch screen and getting used to that will come with time and using it more, I'm sure! A great value for the price and I ordered mine online and never even left the comfort...

since we bought this product or one very simuler , just like the employee stated we would forever be finding out what it can actually do this is so true two years later we are still learning about this camera and are very pleased with each day we find more . we use this camera daily since we are building a new house we take pictures and video with it as we go to see what prgress has been done we are on disc # 4 right now just for the house not to mention others for birthday parties nature pictures etc... it never ends
I wanted something small to take on trips with me. This fits the bill. It really saves room, because I can insert a memory card and use it as a digital camera, also.
When I first received the Handycam, I thought it would be difficult to figure out. It was really easy!! The instruction book walks you through each step with helpful tips to boot.
This is definetely one of my best purchases!

I have to say, with all this technology out there, this is a very easy camera to use. It takes great videos, great sound and is compact and no bulk. I truly love this camera, one of the best investments that we have made. You can even watch the DVD's on your DVD player too. Like a real home movie!!! LOOOOVE IT!!!!

This is a great camcorder! It is very easy to use and is great value for the cost. I have taken it on vacation several times and have had no problem with it at all. I would definately recommend it!
I absolutely love this camcorder. The simplicity is amazing. The touch sreen makes it a no brainer. It has amazing zoom. Takes great pics to. I also love the dvd part of it. Nothing to rewind to see where you left off. Just turn it on and press record and go. So easy.
