Sony Dream Machine —
I have owned Sony dream machine for a while now. Audio is great, not too loud, but still good to make my living room come alive. Also has the typical Sony touch- well thought out design & features which make it stand apart. And just in case anyone is curious- has "the best" interface with Iphone amongst all the available docks as of now. No dropped calls either.
Recently went shopping for a second dock and tried AL & JBL. Altec Lansing is decent but JBL, beats it hands down. Sadly had to return JBL- two problems- too many dropped calls and remote works if you are standing right in front of the unit within 6 feet or so. Bose is too pricey for the audio quality. Sony has been considered equally good for a long time.
So now buying Sony Air speakers and dock. Will let you know when it arrives.
