This was a Christmas gift for a 9 yr old. It was VERY easy for her to learn to use and she has had great fun taking pictures of everything. She wanted to take pictrures for Girl scout events and I think it will be great. I just wish it were waterproof!
I had a Samsung LCD that was about 2 years old and wanted to upgrade to a LED type LCD. I did some research and was leaning towards another Samsung but then Sears put this Sony on Sale and that changed my mind. I didn't think I could afford this type of TV before the sale price. I went ahead and purchased the Sony. ( I almost switched to the Samsung when I went to pick it up) Once I got the TV hooked up and seen the picture quality, I thought I made a big mistake. In my opinion, Sony makes some of the best home theatre equipment, and this TV is a great example. Picture quality is great with pitch-black blacks and vibrant colors. Has plenty of inputs to support a number of devices. Sound quality is OK (on par with other TV's in this class), but using a soundbar or home theatre system is a must for immersive viewing.
I love my new Bloggie Pocket HD Video Sony camera. It fits easily in your pocket or purse and it takes great pictures and video. For the cost, it is the best little camera to own. I would recommend this to anyone who just wants a easy to carry camera and video.
I have owned this Sony Bravio for over a year now and was waiting for the prices to drop. This is over 250 dollars less than I originally paid. I have this in my living room with a Wii s/u, can surf on line, read email through this set with the Wii adaptor.
Now that price has dropped I will get another for the bedroom. User friendly hook up, Fits nicely on the mantel over the fireplace and light enough to carry, I am a 58 year old female and you can't beat a Sony, have one that is 26 years old still in the guest room.
This is a quality DVD player for the price that performs all the necessary, basic functions. The only drawback is that it does not have a connection for a HDMI cable. I have a Wii gaming system, and every time I want to watch a DVD, I have to disconnect the Wii A/V cables in order to connect the DVD cables. My previous DVD player had HDMI capabilities, so I was able to have both devices plugged in simultaneously.
After trying two other players before getting this Sony, I feel very fortunate that the other two untis were defective resulting in my deciding to puchase this player. This unit is very sleek and very attractive on the entertainment center. I like that it was really simple to set up out of the box so I was able to start enjoying it immediately. The remote control is also very user friendly. But most impressive was the quality of the video image. After all thats, why I bought the thing. I love it and would highly recomment it over the cheaper lesser known brands. I tried those first. Its internal...
