This game is good but, not as good as it could be if it was easier. It immediately starts off where God of War left off: which was suprising. But theirs to many puzzles that I'll leave you stuck for to long. In saying that this is still one of the best games that I ever played.
The sequel to one of the best games that has ever been made by playstation. Kratos, the main character is as angry as ever. The graphics are far superior to its predecessor, however, the story line is lacking as compared. Wonderful game to play despite the mature graphics in nature.
This game is the best game to come out so far in 2007. I loved the first God of War. They made this game even better the second time around. The graphics are great. Kratos has even more moves than before. I would advise anyone who is a fan of the god of war series to get this game. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!
This is an absolutely amazing game! This game is very TRUE to Greek mythology. Be sure to play this game before playing God of War II. A buy worthy game. Would recommend playing in different difficulty levels.
Whether hack and slashing through thousands of undead soldiers of flying through the skys on the back of a Mythological horse, you'll always have kick you in the mouth action! The first God of War set whole new standards for the action genre and the 2nd one has pushed that even further. The fighting system is basically the same with a few new moves, but never mess with what works I always say. The graphics are still mind boggling even for it being on PS2. Although I must say it would've been great to see this game run on the power the PS3 offers. Basically to sum things up...Don't bother renting...

God of war 2 is a proof of how great the PS2 still is. Awesome story line and graphics. The scenematics are great and shows what a great game this is. If you have played the first game, this one is going to impress you even more. It follows the story where the God of War 1 left off. I give God of War 2, a 5 Stars.
