I purchased a PSP for my 15 year old daughter & 10 year old son at Christmas. At first I thought the price was a bit high (bundle pack: came with 1 game & 1 movie) for $199.99. But after they opened them up and we got these little handheld devices running, I was quite impressed with how much they can do & how they keep the kids entertained. Not only can you play games or watch movies, you can also download music, get on the internet, pictures, and a whole lot more that we have not even discovered yet! This is the best thing to happen to gaming since the Nintendo dual screen. It is the ultimate gaming device. It has excellent graphics comparable to the ps2 and xbox system. Other than its weight it is extremely portable, it is so discrete in a pocket and it's wifi capabilities far exceed them of the Nintendo ds.
I have a 9 yr old son with ADD and sometimes I have to take him along on office visits, with this I just keep him playing his psp and my visit goes by so smooth...
