I went to Graduate School for two years and graduated. My Sony Vaio (weighing less than 3 lbs.) was most useful and convenient to carry. I bought a brand new HP laptop which weighed 6 lbs. which I ended up giving away to my daughter. The 9" Vaio did the same job the 15" HP could. Term papers, note taking, Microsoft word applications, power point presentations, researching or just surfing on the internet: my Vaio did all of these. Not to mention listening to music and watching video clips on You Tube. I am going to try for my Doctorate's soon and I don't think I can finish my research... review »
