Southwest makes traveling as easy as they possibly can. It seems as though the airline actually puts the customer's needs before their own. What a concept!
Need to change flights? No horrendous charge! Just change your plans and apply the credit from the original purchase. Do it within a year or you lose it. Fair enough.
Check in online 24 hours in advance so you can have the best choice of seating possible. This is not a big deal to me if I am flying alone, or on a short flight. On longer flights, or if I really want to sit with a particular someone, getting on the plane first is more important to me.
The people who work at Southwest seem cheerful and pleasant. They seem eager to please and I like that.
