Southwest Airlines —
I have run into some unforseen problems while flying with Southwest Airlines, problems which were not necessarily the fault of either party. I have told them of my dilemma and they have responded with genuine interest and assurance that they would look into whatever concerns I may have had with the hope the same would not happen again. They also sent me a 'LUV' coupon for use on future travel as a way of saying they were sorry I had had a bad experience.Southwest Airlines
