My wife and I installed purchased this product on the recommendation of her co workers. We were concerned about our daughter's internet activity and wanted a discrete way to check on what she was doing.
I knew monitoring software existed but I had no idea software like this could include so many features. The Spector Pro program records all the keystrokes, chats, emails and it even takes snap shots of the screen that I can play back like a VCR. It allows me to see everything that has been on the computer screen.

I'm the kind of person that does a lot of research before I buy something important- like a monitoring program a to keep an eye on my kids online. I spent a lot of time trying to find the best software at the best price, and it was Spector Pro. It records more than anything else. It's easier to use than anything else. As far as I can tell they're the only ones who offer >live< support 24x7. I talked to a real person on a Friday night when I ordered. And my wife downloaded and installed it while I ran out to the store. The >next day< we found our daughter in chat rooms with people we don't know,...

If you want to know what your kids are doing on IM, who they are talking to, or what they post on Facebook/MySpace, you need this. It records all that and more...I installed it in 5 minutes and had no trouble at all. The way the recorded info is arranged, it is really quick and easy to review. You can even have an email alert set to email you if a particular phrase or word you choose is typed or appears on a page. They thought of everything! Get this if you have teens online.
